Xue Xue is a privately funded design institute housed in a ten storey building. Classrooms and study areas are located on four floors, with administrative facilities on the top two floors. Other main features include a cafeteria and a open kitchen for catering functions and teaching on the second floor and a multi-purpose reception hall on the first floor.
