This project is one of the units of three connected shop houses built in 1956. The storefront on the first floor is a former fabric shop with 4.2 meters wide store front, deep 8.75 meters, and a height of 3.4 meters, a perfect space for exhibitions. The renovation of the old house gave priority to the infrastructure( mainly electrical), supplemented with necessary wood repairs, terrazzo floor and wall was just cleaned and waxed; Contrasted with the historical shell are: new sliding glass shop doors with more visual connection to the street; new light rails to provide lighting flexibility; finally , display tables and shelves which can combined to different needs. ©copyright HO + HOU Studio Architects
