本案位於捨得企業土城廠辦大樓的5、6、7、8樓。5樓為員工餐廳員工休閒區 ，6樓為產品展示及主要會議室，7樓為主要辦公區 ，8樓則為高階主管的水療空間。

5、6樓的空間設計均一個中心物件為主；5樓的中心物件為一由芬蘭夾板架構構成的吧台/閱覽區。圍繞此空間配置的分別是娛樂區、用餐區、廚房及休息區。6樓的中心物件則為展示及銷售辦公室。與此物件軸心相對的是大會議室。

7、8樓為主要的辦公區設有美耐板及木皮的訂製辦公家具。8樓主管們的水療室之中心物件則是由檜木組成的熱水池，搭配定置水龍頭。 ©copyright HO + HOU Studio Architects
